WHAT FIEA IS: FIEA is a unique time and place that will give you the framework you need for success. You are purposely being paired up with talented and like minded people with very similarly aligned goals, that is the goal of becoming real-time developers. During your time with us, we will be primarily focused on 3 key areas of your development.

1. Build you up to be the best Artist possible in a condensed period of time.
2. Take you through real-world development scenarios to help you learn how to be the best team players possible.
3. Develop meaningful portfolio pieces that will be used to showcase your unique talents and abilities to potential employers.

If you recognize that this time and place is special and unique, it will help fuel your drive and creativity and can be a once in a lifetime period of discovery and opportunity.

WHAT FIEA ISN'T: FIEA is not an automatic entrance into the Entertainment/Simulation industry. This time period will take extreme time and dedication in order for your to achieve your goals. If you are not fully committed to the processes below you will most likely struggle through the program.
1. In order to succeed you will need to learn how to work well with others, even under extreme pressure.
2. In order to succeed you will need to learn how to properly time estimate and also learn how to exercise excellent time
management.
3. In order to succeed you will need to work long, hard hours to achieve the goals that you set out for yourself.
Ultimately, you will need to learn and accept that you are the sole proprietor that is in charge of your successes or failures. FIEA is nothing more than a tool to help you succeed, but only you can exercise that tool.
